Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Joseph Joseph packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all documentation.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
